A GAPSC order does not get brokered out. The cell is wound on our line, the pack is assembled in our PACK plant, and both are tested in our own lab before anything is crated. When a batch needs changing, there is no third factory to negotiate with.
Testing covers drop, compression and puncture, with aging cabinets running every batch before shipment.
